Annual Goals
This report lists the annual improvement goals reported to ESE in the educator preparation program provider’s state annual report. Providers may report up to three goals for the upcoming year and are asked to report on progress made toward the prior year’s goals. Annual goals are reported in May of the academic year listed. Data last updated October, 04 2023.

Goal #1 |
Continue to expand partnership discussions with 1-3 additional districts which may provide professional development opportunities to teachers; offer initial licensure teacher programs and administrator initial licensure programs and diversify candidate pool. |

oal #2: Explore new MTEL support systems for candidates for baccalaureate and post-baccalaureate inotial teacher licensure programs based on changing SMK's and upcoming changes to MTEL examinations. |

Review course content, sequence and scope in the areas of anti-racist teaching and diversity, equity and inclusion to prepare for changes in course content, assignments and readings at the baccalaureate and post-baccalaureate change |

Goal #1 |
Explore additional needs-based partnerships with 2-3 additional school districts which host teacher and administrator candidates often. |
Goal #2 |
Implement modality change in post-baccalaureate teacher and administrator programs in order to bolster enrollment and expand opportunities for prospective educators to gain access to these programs. |
Goal #3 |
Determine/analyze the effectiveness of gateway assessments at pre-practicum levels in the baccalaureate and post-baccalaureate levels. |

Educator preparation program improvement goals from the prior year |
Goal #1 |
Goal: Launch Preferred Partnership Agreement with Milton Public Schools. Launch discussions and begin planning initiatives focused on diversifying the pipeline of teacher and administrator candidates. |
Goal #2 |
Goal: Launch the Sunita Williams Partnership Program in Summer 2020. Review needs of the partner school/district. Monitor inputs, delivery of program, and in spring 2021, begin to assess outcomes based on first-year data trends. |
Goal #3 |
Goal: Develop and work on appropriate integration of coursework for students pursuing MOD Disabilities license in the 5th year program leading to MED program. Review curriculum for duplication of content from UG designated special education courses, as well as in graduate program. |
